Bespoke England Tours booking and cancellation Terms &Conditions
1. Day trips
1-7 pax in Mercedes Vito or other executive vehicle.
Payment conditions.
Payable in advance to confirm booking and allocate to driver-guide, guide or chauffeur.
Payments made on invoice through non-UK banks or foreign credit/debit card cards carry a 2.5% transaction fee of the total invoice amount*.
Cancellation conditions
We offer a standard 48 hour prior to departure free cancellation service, no questions asked for all bookings.
*Foreign credit/debit card fess and exchange rate fluctuations may not be fully refundable. Please check with your debit/credit card provider. This could add up to approximately 6% of the total booking and this is a non-recoverable cost.
Inclusions/exclusions
All our quotes include only the following, unless otherwise specified.
Includes: transportation with complimentary pick up and drop off at clients’ central London zone 1 accommodation or location, guiding and/or driving services, complimentary water and wifi onboard vehicle.
Excludes: venue tickets, meals, refreshments and gratuities, unless otherwise stated.
If requested we can purchase the tickets for the tour(s) once confirmation has been made. We apply a 20% supplement to all tickets and admission fees to cover handling, admin, exchange rates, card fees and taxes.
2. Multi day tours
1-7 pax (depending on luggage) in Mercedes Vito or other executive vehicle.
Payment conditions
10% of total tour(s) cost is a non-refundable deposit to be made to start working on itinerary once quote is accepted. The remaining 90% to be paid 15 days after deposit payment made or at least 30 days prior to tour start. 100% to be paid in full in advance to confirm booking.
Cancellation conditions
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to tour start, minus 10% service fee and all other non-recoverable costs such as transaction fees, admission fees… etc*.
*Foreign credit/debit card fess and exchange rate fluctuations may not be fully refundable. Please check with your debit/credit card provider. This could add up to approximately 6% of the total booking and this is a non-recoverable cost.
All cancellations made less than 30 days before first service or tour start are in principle non-refundable, and will be considered on a case by case basis, however, Bespoke England Tours will endeavour to refund all recoverable and reasonable costs.
Bespoke England Tours recommends all clients contract separate travel insurance to cover all unrecoverable costs, in case of force majeur and to protect from other unforeseen circumstances that may adversely affect travel plans.

All quotes are valid for 15 days from send date and subject to change thereafter.
