David Garcia is the best U.K. tour guide around! We booked a 10-hour day trip from London to Kent to visit wineries and have lunch at a pub. As we drove, he gave a blow-by-blow description from West to East to South London of the sites and landmarks before hitting the highway. Since we are oenophiles, he pre-arranged for 2-hour private tours with tastings at Chapel Down and Balfour wineries. He made sure that we had the most experienced guides at the wine estates to impart their expertise and passion for their sparkling and still wines. What a treat! Having visited London many times before, this itinerary was off-the-beaten track and David couldn't have been more knowledgeable, gracious, and accomodating. And it being combined with Windsor Castle made it even more special. I picked a private car tour not sure of what I would get. The driver guide, Peter, was amazing. Not only did I get a personalized explanation of material he had on hand to explain both sites but he could even answers questions that weren't on syllabus that I was curious about. It was the perfect amount of history I was looking for and presented in a relatable way. Thanks again Peter for making it so special. I highly recommend for someone that wants a more one on one experience.
